"You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere."
- Buddha
Dear, sweet, precious, and beautiful souls,
I wish you, each and every one of you, and all of your loved ones, beautiful responses to all of your most cherished hopes and dreams. I do.
I will be confounded until the day that I absent this mixed-bag merry-go-round of a life that we all share with one another, about the ugliness that we must sometimes endure in a world that is fully inundated with religions and belief systems that ALL point to love as the ultimate guidepost.
Given this moment's repugnent leadership, in this country and all around the world, we must give more than effete lip service, individually and collectively to our, again, chosen religious and/or belief systems which demand a loving sensitivity, that is all too often a "missed boat" proposition; leaving harmony's possibility no more than a "drowned rat."
I am very, very confident that we can do better. My question is, will we?
What I constantly, and for the purpose of some, suggest ad nauseum, is that we live "fully and completely" our responsibility to ourselves and to one another, led by love.
In my village and outside of the same I see too many examples of outstanding people doing outstanding things in an imperfect manner😊, we're human, to believe that we are stuck in a mud so relentless that we can never free ourselves to live closer to the beauty that was intended when we were born. Do you feel me, at all?
"Wishing, hoping, and praying" is good ... DOING is better.
"I think we can, I think we can ... ," live more fruitfully. Do you🤔?
Hey, Happy Easter weekend, much love, many blessings and endless hope.
