"The way is not in the sky.

The way is in the heart."

Good people,

Today, I wish you a "good morning," and "great good fortune." And I do so from the floor to the ceiling of my Heart.

This blog goes out to all, but especially to my really special neighbors in the "80005"😊, or, the "eight, triple zero, five,"😎

😊😊.

This has been a strange winter, for me, in the sense that I have, for various weather related reasons, had to stay closed, more than I'd like to, Howard's Dog and Puppy Treats Emporium.

Sure, revenues are down🤣, but money comes and money goes🙄. What I miss most about missing time in MY😊and Hiram Arvada Haskin's beautiful and tranquil park and sanctuary is the "splendid chaos"

🎉🤣delivered my way on the wings of the abundant smiles and laughter of both my two and four-legged constituents and customers, respectively.

I miss as well, the "life wisdom" afforded me by the many men, women, and children , all smarter than me🙃, who pass my way "on the daily."

One such individual is my friend "Cantankerous Bob." I write that name with a smile😊 on my face and a smile😊 on the hand that constructs this blog.

Cantankerous, maybe, and yes, but there are three things that I think about, first, whenever I am given to thinking about this gentleman:

The crazy-strong love that he has for his entire beloved family.

The warmth that he fairly exudes for the less fortunate children during the Christmas season by donating much needed and much wanted gifts. Sharing "lights his fire" like few other things might.

Aaaand ... his generous and caring, overall, spirit: one day while sitting together in the park, our "stream of conscience" conversation🤣 was interrupted by a young lady in some fair amount of distress. Upon seizing our attention, she requested that Bob walk her home for she was feeling a bit faint. Her request, not yet affixed with a period, was immediately answered by Bob as he JUMPED UP on legs unsteady and with an arm offered to provide rescue for this young lady. I'm serious, the speed with which he jumped up from his bench, made my head spin and my heart beat faster in the name of a huge appreciation for his effort on her part.

Bob is a big time contributor to his community, in any way that he is able to be.

Today he needs a "contribution" in the way, shape, and form of "hopes, wishes, and prayers," for a swift and complete recovery from a fall off of a ladder that he recently suffered while providing maintainance to his residence.

He is in Lutheran Hospital.

He had surgery there yesterday to repair his fractured hip.

This is all of the information that I have now, but I am expecting an update later today.

Good people let us endeavor to ALWAYS "lead with love."

Let us today, love Bob, yeah?

Have your best day, and please know, from my heart to yours, that I wish you a wonderful day and reasons, too numerous to count, to smile

😊😊😊.

I love you, I respect you, and I admire you.

Your friend,

Joyce's boy, aka "Swift Binky"🤣

🤗❤️🙏⚘️
