Beloved family, friends, and neighbors.

It's that time of year🎄, again, when we are reminded of what we should embrace, life and each other, year round and for the "whole of our experience on this earth, in this world."

I first heard this song, "Give Love on Christmas Day," as sung by the Jackson Five, years and years🙄ago. It is one of my very favorite songs for the simple beauty of its lyrics; for its heart.

And, so, I am sharing it, again, and this blog, with all of you, and just a wee bit early out of respect for the fact that many of you will be way too busy to read a Christmas blog while making way for Santa's arrival🎅😊

So, an excerpt of one of my very favorite Christmas songs:

🎵"People making lists, buying special gifts

Taking time to be kind to one and all

It's that time of year when good friends are dear

And you wish you could give more than just presents from a store

Why don't you give love on Christmas Day? (On Christmas Day)

Oh, even the man who has everything

Would be so happy if you would bring

Him love on Christmas Day (On Christmas Day)

No greater gift is there than love

People you don't know smile and nod hello

Everywhere there's an air of Christmas joy

It's that once a year when the world's sincere

And you'd like to find a way to show the things that words can't say

Why don't you give love on Christmas Day? (On Christmas Day)

Oh, the man on the street and the couple upstairs

All need to know there's someone who cares

Give Love on Christmas Day ( On Christmas Day)

No greater gift is there than love ... ."🎵

Well, good people, I wish you today, for Christmas, and every day, all year round, every good and great thing under heaven. And, I wanted to thank you all for the gift that is your smiling faces and warm hearts. Those gifts are priceless and I treasure them with everything that I have in my heart, everything that "makes my soul go."

Happy holidays,

much love, endless glad tidings, and many, many blessings, your friend, Joyce's boy,

aka "Fast Binky"🤣
