Good Monday Morning

Good Monday morning, good, sweet, and precious people🌞❤️.

David Smith: in Washington:

"donald trump has been condemned as a "vile, disgusting man " and a "sick human being" after gloating over the death of Robert Mueller, a former director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)."

You can NOT make this kind of stuff up. You simply, CAN'T.

So ...

"Breathing in, I calm my body and mind. Breathing out, I smile."

- Thich Nhat Hahn

Because ...

I have in my life some of the BEST people in the world, in the form of family, friends, neighbors, and "others."

Individually and collectively, more than enough to lift me far above and way beyond the stench of the afterbirth that is "the creature" who daily diets on the minds, souls, and bodies of some very viable, and some very delightful human beings, some very viable, and some very delightful AMERICANS.

As I sat at my post😊in the Haskin on Sunday morning thinking about the misfortune that we daily suffer for having a monster of a sub-human on its personal revenge tour, running, no, ruining, our country, I shuddered more than once and hard enough to vomit up my hope, your hope, their hope, and our hope.

But it didn't happen for the "muscular encouragement" of my thoughts of those aforementioned family, friends, neighbors and "others" who I hold in such high esteem, that I have SO much love for.

I thought about the joy that I routinely glean from my association with all of the thinking, caring, feeling ... loving people that I know and the clouds applying for admittance into my day - for more than 5 minutes - were dismissed to the badlands, wherein the creature resides, "Easy like Sunday morning" - sorry Mr. Richie.

How does the quote go?

Yeah, "All the time we have is all the time we have."

Our responsibility? Our obligation?

Simply this:

To live STRONG in our love for ourselves and one another. So strong that we NEVER release our hold on hope, that we NEVER take our eyes off of the prize ... for as long as we have access to "life and breath."

That means different things to different people. I'm keeping it, on this day, SIMPLE.

Let us not but celebrate, the children, celebrate in fact each other, no matter our age, race, creed ... or color.

We can NOT let "circumstance created by ugly" cause us to rue our day, or our very lives.

"Tomorrow never comes, " but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't continue to hold out hope for a "better next day"😊

so that the baby born TODAY will have a running start into a world that embraces him or her with all of the love and possibility that he or she most certainly deserve.

I write about the children often because they are our future and they deserve our best efforts on their behalf. They are also INNOCENT.

If we give up now, we're giving up on them. And no matter the measure that you hold to that ... that simply ain't right, right?

All together now ... "I think we can, I think we can ... "all the way to heaven."

Be well, stay strong, do that and then please always remember to never forget that YOU matter; so much and in so many ways.

Love and blessings, from here to for always.

Your friend, Joyce's boy, aka "Fast Binky."🤣
